2024年6月収穫のジャンボにんにくです。
ジャンボにんにくは、リーキという西洋ネギの仲間です。臭いが少ないうえに水々しさがあり、ひと粒一粒がとても大きいのが特徴です。
粒が大きいのでお料理しやすいです。
しばの農園は、郡上踊りで有名な岐阜県郡上市八幡から峠を10分程上った美山地区にあります。鍾乳洞が分布し、美しい水に恵まれ、冬には雪が積もる寒暖差の大きい地域です。
ジャンボにんにくをはじめ色々な野菜を農薬を使わず、土作りにこだわり生産し、販売してます。

Jumbo garlic is a member of the leek family. It is characterized by its low odor and wateriness, and each grain is very large.
The large grains are easy to cook with.
Shibano Farm is located in the Miyama district, about 10 minutes up a mountain pass from Yawata, Gujo City, Gifu Prefecture, which is famous for the Gujo Dance. The area is blessed with limestone caves and beautiful water, and has a large difference in temperature between cold and hot, with snow in winter.
We produce and sell a variety of vegetables including jumbo garlic without using pesticides and with a focus on soil cultivation.
