※にごりはお酢を造る酢酸菌由来のものです。
お湯割り、氷水や炭酸で割って。ビールなどお酒で割っても美味しいです。マリネ、あんかけ、チキン南蛮のソースなどの料理やお菓子作りでもお楽しみいただけます。

This brown rice vinegar is made from 100% brown rice grown on our own farm in Kumamoto Prefecture without using any pesticides or chemical fertilizers during the growing period, and slowly fermented and matured by the static fermentation method,
We also use 100% amanatsu (sweet summer orange), which has been naturally cultivated in Matsuo for many years, to create a fruity, easy-to-drink vinegar drink.
The sweet summer orange has been bathed in the sea breeze and sunlight of the Shiranui Sea.
Enjoy the fresh taste of the juice squeezed from the peel.
