広島県産米でお酒から静置発酵法で造る天然水仕込みの純米酢を使用。厳選した広島産の柚子果汁、広島県製造の醤油を使用し、厚削りの鰹節を1枚そのまま加えただしぽん酢です。
鍋物以外にもマリネ液や煮物にも使いやすい万能なぽん酢です。

Pure rice vinegar made from rice produced in Hiroshima Prefecture using the static fermentation method from sake and brewed with natural water. Dashi Ponzu is made with carefully selected Hiroshima yuzu juice, Hiroshima-made soy sauce, and a piece of thickly shaved bonito flakes added as is.
It is a versatile ponzu vinegar that is easy to use in marinades and simmered dishes as well as nabe dishes.
